The Future and How Not To Miss It

With perfection you are always building, rebuilding and trying new ideas to make something better. While you might never achieve perfection, you will always be one-step ahead of the competition as you are actively preparing for the future by embracing change.

Larry Page, CEO of Google today said the following today at TED, March 19, 2014.

“The main thing that has caused companies to fail, in my view, is that they missed the future.”

We could not agree more with Larry as too many companies are focused on today and not what is happening next week or even a month from now. At Brulte & Company we are firmly focused on the future and we position our clients for the future by actively embracing a What’s Next Philosophy and by asking the Walt Disney question “How can we Plus It”?

Companies can “Plus It” by taking risks and developing a culture that is always learning, exploring and challenging themselves to strive for perfection. While perfection might not be reached on day one or day thirty, it is the process of striving for it that will prepare the organization for the future.

With perfection you are always building, rebuilding and trying new ideas to make something better. While you might never achieve perfection, you will always be one-step ahead of the competition as you are actively preparing for the future by embracing change.
